Premier Victory Notches Up Another Win

Premier Victory, a winner at Down Royal on the Friday at the Festival of Racing, followed up her victory in the EBF Hampton’s Furnishings Mares Novice Hurdle (Grade3), with a win in the Grade 3 Dialabet EBF Novice Hurdle at Cork on Sunday 1st November.

Racing Going Ahead

After a reasonably dry day yesterday, the ground has eased back to soft, yielding in places with fresh ground for the Hurdle track tomorrow. The racing will go ahead today and tomorrow, gates open at 11:30am and the first race is at 1.05pm.
Ebadiyan Returns to Hurdles at Down Royal

Ebadiyan, who ran-out when leading in the JCB Triumph Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival in March, will race Festival winner Go Native when returning to hurdles at Down Royal on Friday.
Ruby Returns at Down Royal

A notable jockey booking is the return of Ruby Walsh who is booked to ride Luska Lad for Shark Hanlon in the Down Royal feature race on Friday, the WKD Core Grade 3 Hurdle. It was thought he would be out until Saturday after a foot injury, but he is booked to ride a couple of horses including a ride in the feature race.
